Delivery

UK deliveries are free for orders over £40.

All orders are professionally made to order, and quality checked before being securely dispatched within 1-2 working days. Please allow an extra day for personalised items. From the time of dispatch, delivery time may vary depending on the shipping destination.

Due to order processing, stationery may be shipped separately to art prints.

We use Royal Mail and Parcelforce, ensuring your order is insured and trackable as a standard. Tracking information will be sent via email or text.

Returns

With our happiness guarantee we're pretty confident you'll love your purchase! Each purchase is made to order so we are unable to process returns or issue free replacements except in the unlikely event that the item falls under one of the following:

Defected or damaged upon delivery (e.g. printing error or poorly packaged)
Significantly delayed. What constitutes a significant time delay is at our discretion. Postage delays which could be considered normal, or delays due to items being held up in customs will not be refunded.

In either case, we may request the return of the products so that we can dispose of them. The returns in these cases will be at our cost, and refunds can be withheld until the returns are received by us.

In cases where we will offer a free replacement or a refund, please contact us within 14 days of product delivery by emailing info@venessakparker.com with your order number, an explanation of the defect(s), and photos. We will then review your request and come back to you with next steps.

This also means that returns and exchanges are not supported if you ordered the wrong size, colour, or simply changed your mind. If the order shipping details were incorrect, we can not be held responsible and will not offer replacements or refunds. Please double-check all details before placing your order.

If there’s an issue affecting multiple products that use the same design, an additional photo (or video) of all affected items visible in one frame will be required for confirmation purposes.
